OSP/ISP Fielders

Join our field team and be part of the foundation of every network design. As an OSP/ISP Fielder, you’ll collect, verify, and document data directly from the field to ensure accuracy in fiber and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with our design and engineering teams to capture real-world conditions that drive efficient and precise network builds.

CAD Engineer / OSP-ISP Design Engineer

As a CAD or OSP/ISP Design Engineer, you’ll transform field data and client requirements into detailed network designs. Using GIS and CAD tools, you’ll create accurate plans for fiber routes, connectivity, and permitting. Your work ensures the successful integration of outside and inside plant networks — from concept to as-built — supporting reliable and scalable communication systems.

GIS Engineer

As a GIS Engineer, you’ll play a key role in integrating, analyzing, and managing geospatial data to support telecom network design and operations. You’ll ensure data accuracy, maintain GIS platforms, and collaborate with field and design teams to optimize network visibility and performance. Your work enables smarter decision-making through precise mapping and spatial analysis across all project stages.
